We started our couch to 5K journey in this post and now we continue. If you notice 5 days have passed since my last run, but I had one on the 28th that I deleted because my GPS lost signal and the stats are skewed (no way I ran 6M miles!) So, this is actually Day 3.
The app allows you to move from one day to the next but I am repeating Week 1, Day 1 until I can run through all the parts without feeling like I am going to die 😉
