Day 3 is encouraging! Nine pounds down and even though I still cannot run through all the running parts of day 1 in the program, I am doing more every time. I’ll take that! The scale also says I am heading in the right direction.
In hindsight, that shirt probably was not the best choice, you can see where all my weight accumulates 😉
I am still trying to stick to a 1,300 calorie diet, and am trying foods I would never eat before, but admittedly are still gross (yes, oatmeal, I’m talking about you) I also eat things that people say to be careful eating too much of, like fruit. I LOVE fruit.
